Engaged by the Chairman to initiate a Customer Centric transformation within Middlesea Insurance. Starting from a robust assessment, which involved extensive staff engagement, M2 diagnosed the challenges and opportunities facing Middlesea while establishing a structured approach to change. Working at both an executive level as well as with cross functional teams encompassing all staff, M2 developed a Customer Promise and the creation of a single change plan in which a series initiatives to transform the organization were identified and scoped that would enable the organisation to fully deliver on the Promise. These initiatives were then prioritized and structured into a road map for the company to implement.
